Payment:
At this time, payment is accepted with any credit card through Paypal and check. After payment is received, orders are normally shipped within 1-5 day(s.) There is a $25 returned check fee.

Shipping:
Items are currently shipped through USPS with delivery confirmation. Shipping and handling charges begin at $5.00 and increase with volume. There may be additional costs for items shipped outside the U.S. All retail items include a silver gift box and care instructions.

Returns and Repairs:
All jewelry is made with the utmost attention to quality, although due to the nature of the product, each piece may be slightly different.

Your opinion is important. If you are unhappy with the item, please return it within 7 days of receipt. Please include a reason for your return as well as a copy of your sales receipt. Items must be returned in the condition and packaging they arrived in.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives broken or damaged, simply send it back and it will be replaced immediately. I will replace or repair an item that breaks due to faulty manufacturing within 3 months of receipt. If an item is broken due to abnormal wear or after a long period of time, I will repair or replace the item with a fee. Lost earrings can be replaced for half the original cost plus shipping.
